Just for your info, Please be aware that hydroponic veggies absorb all the artificial fertilizers and without trace minerals. A lot of people thought it is very fresh, clear and healthy actually you are taking junk veggies like instant noodles consider as process foods.
Watch out - eat a bit for fun is ok.
Learn how to grade organically grown fruits and veggies. Ask youself do you know what is 2, 3 ,5 star organic vegies....bye take care!

水耕的蔬菜，因没有吸收土壤，会比较寒凉，烹煮时，可加入姜丝或麻油。
